Please note, if a team withdraws from the Tournament and a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice prior to the Tournament's commencement is provided, a full cash refund will be furnished. If, however, a team must withdraw from the Tournament with thirteen (13) or less days notice prior to the Tournament's commencement, a credit for a future Northeast Select Baseball Tournament will be furnished.

All players and coaches participating in the Prospects Tournament are required to complete and submit an "Agreement to Participate with Medical Insurance Information and Wavier/Release of Liability".
